Error when trying to use the MSMP

On the MSMP webdynpro, if a user activate the "Quick help", he will get an Error 500 on the web side (and a dump on ABAP side) because of a text not properly encoded.

Seem like a standard bug to me, but with no correction at this time.

To help the user, you can delete with SE16 an entry in table WDY_CONF_USER : CONFIG_ID = GRFN_MSMP_CONFIG_APP and USER_ID = the user
