You try to use it and you got "You don't have the permissions to work in Cloud Foundry" :
3135992 - Error "You don't have the permissions to work in Cloud Foundry" occurs when you configure Client User Certificate to an Instance

The very first time (for the first Administrator) you need to follow this note :
